Stone Mountain Health Services Benefits Counseling and Lay Advocacy Component have proven to be and is still one of the leading resources in the nation in securing Federal Black Lung Benefits for coal miners and their widows.
Our Black Lung Staff continues to work collaboratively with each patient primary health care provider to ensure that medical treatment is on-going and meeting the patient needs. Those patients without a primary care physician will be refer to a physician of their choice or a Stone Mountain Health Service Provider.

Take Highway 58 West to Pennington Gap, VA. At the second red-light, turn right onto Highway 421 north. Go 2.6 miles and make a right onto Highway 352 North. Go 3 miles to the town of St. Charles. The clinic is located on the left just past the Post Office.
From Jonesville, VA
Take Highway 58 East to Pennington Gap, VA. Go to the third red-light and turn Left onto highway 421 north. Go 2.6 miles and make a right onto Highway 352 North. Go 3 miles to the town of St. Charles. The clinic is located on the left just past the Post Office.
