Medications are a very important part of your medical treatment. Please bring all your medications with you at the time of each office visit.
If you need refills on prescriptions before your next office visit, please call us at least 24 hours before you need the prescription. This will allow time to process your request and meet your needs.
Pharmacy Connect is a program designed to help secure much needed medications at no cost to eligible individuals. Each drug manufacturer has a set of guidelines to determine who is eligible. We will be happy to work with you to help determine if you are eligible and to help you secure available medications. Please remember that we do not have control of who is deemed eligible, who receives medications or even when medications are shipped or received. If you are in need of these services, please call or visit one of our Patient Care Clerks at the following locations:
- St. Charles Community Health Center (serves Pennington Family Health Center patients also)
- Western Lee County Health Clinic
