Stone Mountain Health Services offers medical services to honorably discharged veterans through referrals from the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, TN. Help is also available with enrollments for veterans who are using the VA Medical Center for the first time, assignment to a Stone Mountain Health Services Primary Care Provider and yearly updates needed by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
